Here are the dates for the Pyramid of Mastery, a 7 week program where we unpack the 7 areas of life, in a group coaching, safe environment on zoom. If you have not experienced coaching, this is a great way to explore what coaching can do in your life. Maximum 5 people, 7 weeks, one hour over lunch on Tuesday or Thursday.

Coaching is not for everyone. This coaching is for you if you are looking to challenge yourself out of your comfort zone, if you desire to grow and develop, if you feel “stuck” and can’t get yourself moving or if you have always wanted to explore more inwardly and outwardly about the world around you and how you relate to it.

The cost is $500 CAD for the 7 weeks starting May 7th to June 18th.
